(More customer reviews)I have used this only 6 times since receiving it; I read a number of 'reviews' prior to purchase so that I'd know what to expect.I have been disappointed; for example, it doesn't work if you wrap potatoes in aluminum foil, as the accompanying booklet says you can; it also consistently takes almost as much time as the oven to cook stuff...and I continually have to re-cook foods two and three times just to get them DONE...I keep hoping I will find foods that cook easily in this countertop oven, but haven't thus far.I do realize it takes much less electricity, so from that standpoint it is better than heating the entire oven.But I have to say I wish I had not purchased this product.
