(More customer reviews)we've had this oven for around 2 years.several months ago, the number pad wasn't registering.at first it was just the "4" (which is a crucial number in the baking scene though) and then other numbers.then the bake, broil, etc controls went on the fritz.looking online this is a fairly common problem.we had a oven repair person come in and he explained that this model has problems with humidity rising into the control electronics and breaking them.upon removing the front panel there is a afterthought appearing vent system in place that seems inadequate for the job of keeping moisture out of the control panel area.i replaced the control panel and now it seems the actual membrane behind the numbers needs replacing too.all in all something that may happen again and with my own labor is already at $400.the repair person quoted us $600 or more for the repair.ouch!would consider a LONG extended warranty if even considering this model.
