(More customer reviews)My Kitchenaid Micro/Convection popped ONE bag of popcorn then it stopped as if itdied without a sigh. The model is apparently so new that the tech. scratched his head and said it should be replaced(the unit, not his head). I am waiting for service call number 3.
I have serious money invested. I didn't even get a cookbook. What's up with that?
