(More customer reviews)We got one of these for our office and christened it today with a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookie dough.
How did we ever get through the day without a warm cookie break at 3? We won't ever have to again!
It heats up in less than 5 minutes, is easy to clean, and comes with a spatula to remove the cookies... (There are some cookie cutters too, but we are all about the "drop" cookies at this point.) The simplest plan would be just to grab a tube of dough at the grocery store and go to town.
Our co-workers were wowed by this adorable little appliance. What a find! Several people remarked that they might get them for home use since you don't have to heat up the oven just for a few cookies. Cleanup involves washing the spatula and wiping the surfaces of the appliance. No cookie sheets to wash...
You want employees to be happy to come to work? Let em bake cookies!
My one suggestion for improvement would be adding a window to the lid to keep an eye on "doneness". In order to check on them, you have to lift the lid and lose some heat--so they take a little longer to bake. Who wants to wait?! (Much less worry they might get a little too crispy?)
